Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Executive Protection Agent- Flex position to ensure the safety and security of our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in law enforcement, military, or security services, along with expertise in surveillance and conflict management. This role requires a proactive approach to personal safety, with the ability to assess risks and implement effective protective measures.
Compensation: $35 per hour
Requirements:
- Armed Security License, Firearms Permit, Concealed Carry permit.
- At least 3 years of experience in Personal Protection
- High school diploma
- Reliable vehicle
- CPR or First aid Certification is desirable
- Flexible shcedule to work
When: 06/25/2026
3:30 pm-9:30 pm (TBC)/ On going Flex for various other shifts
Duties
- Physical Protection
- Crowd control
- Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential threats to clients.
- Provide close protection services during travel and public appearances.
- Respond effectively to emergencies, utilizing first aid and CPR skills as necessary.
- Maintain clear communication with clients regarding safety protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required for enhanced security measures.
- Manage conflicts calmly and professionally, ensuring the safety of all parties involved.
Experience
- Previous experience in law enforcement, military service, or security roles is preferred.
- Proficiency in surveillance techniques and equipment operation is essential.
- Strong understanding of conflict management strategies and loss prevention methods.
- Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable.
