Office Assistant III positions in multiple departments and locations. This entry-level job performs clerical and office support work, independently handling complex records, documents, and reports, as well as office processes that support daily operations and public service delivery.

What You Will Do
-
Independently review, evaluate, and process complex forms, records, and documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with established requirements.

Research information from paper and electronic records, organize findings, and prepare clear summaries and reports.

Create, edit, and manage documents using word processing and other office software.

Provide information to staff and the public by explaining policies, procedures, and requirements clearly and professionally.

May guide, train, and review the work of clerical staff to support efficient office operations.

Other duties as assigned for the position.
