This position is responsible for:
Performs a variety of clerical support, work includes maintaining files, filing, and photocopying records, correspondence, forms, lists, logs, etc. necessary for efficient operations; answers the telephone; performs all activities regarding the processing of incoming/outgoing mail; prepares and processes supply orders; performs light typing.
Prepares and maintains Service center records, books, logs, lists, etc.; updates the same in an accurate complete and timely manner.
Performs routine filing of correspondence, forms, cards, records, reports, and documents; maintains and utilizes the bring-up filing system; ensures the files are maintained in an organized and efficient manner.
Receives, sorts, and distributes mail in an accurate and timely manner; ensures that all mail received is forwarded to the appropriate person and/or destination; updates any address changes; collects and prepares outgoing mail.
Prepares Director’s request for supplies and/or expenses; prepares labels, completes necessary forms, and prepares same for shipping.
Prepare and file new enrollment and pending cards; update any changes that need to be made.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
Ability to meet attendance requirements. Duties are usually performed seated. Sitting may be relieved by brief or occasional periods of standing or walking. Work is performed in a normal office environment where there are little or no physical discomforts associated with changes in weather or discomforts associated with noise, dust, dirt, and the like.

Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or G.E.D., required supplemented by additional secretarial courses preferred.
Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
