Become a Key Player as a Production Assembler I
You will join the production team as a Production Assembler I, performing routine mechanical and electromechanical assembly to support manufacturing output. Your work ensures quality components for downstream processes and you will interact with line leads and quality personnel. This is an onsite, 2nd shift role (Monday–Thursday, 3:30pm–2:00am, 4/10 schedule).
Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team
- Perform routine assembly of small parts and components following established instructions and procedures
- Review shop traveler/route cards or simple schematic drawings to confirm correct operation sequence
- Handle and position very small parts under a binocular microscope using tweezers or fixtures
- Adjust, bend, align, and solder fine wires to components and perform bonding/sealing with epoxies and ovens
- Execute in-process testing and demonstrate adherence to safety policies and procedures
- Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; be available for variable schedules or additional hours as necessary
Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role
- 1–2 years of relevant assembly or mechanical experience
- Ability to read and understand English, processes, drawings, and blueprints
- Good manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude for working with small parts
- Ability to operate hand tools and light machinery and perform basic math
- Attention to detail and effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

- Machine operating experience
- Experience using hand tools and maintaining a safe, clean work environment
- Vocational training, apprenticeships, or equivalent experience in a related field
Pay Range
$17.60 - $22.00/hour
