This is a full-time, fully remote role built around meaningful phone conversations with individuals who have already requested information about coverage. There is no cold-calling and no chasing strangers, since every conversation begins with someone who asked to learn more. Your job is to listen, understand what matters to each person, and guide them toward a decision that fits their household.
The role rewards consistency and follow-through, with real room to grow as you build a steady rhythm.

What You'll Do
- Connect with interested individuals on scheduled calls and build genuine rapport
- Lead needs-based discovery to understand each person's situation and priorities
- Walk through available options in clear, everyday language without pressure
- Help each individual weigh their choices and arrive at a confident decision
- Keep a consistent follow-up rhythm so no conversation slips through the cracks
- Maintain clean, accurate notes and pipeline records after every interaction
