Key Responsibilities:

Manage and organize office operations and procedures

Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries

Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets

Maintain filing systems and office supplies

Assist in data entry and basic accounting tasks

Support team members with administrative tasks as needed

Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

Perform other duties as assigned

2+ years of administrative or office support experience

Bilingual (Spanish) is required.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
