Role Description
We're seeking a dependable, patient-focused Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to support both front desk operations and provider needs. This hybrid role is ideal for an LVN who enjoys a mix of patient interaction, administrative responsibilities, and clinical support.
What You'll Do
- Greet patients and visitors and provide excellent customer service
- Schedule appointments, answer phones, and maintain patient records
- Support providers with forms, letters, and administrative tasks
- Contact pharmacies regarding prescriptions and refill requests
- Communicate with patients regarding appointments and follow-up needs
- Assist with care coordination and maintain patient confidentiality
- Support specialized mental health services after training
Training & Professional Growth
Paid, in-house training includes:
- Spravato® (esketamine) support and monitoring
- Urine Drug Screen (UDS) collection and processing
- Gain valuable experience with innovative mental health treatments while expanding your clinical skills.
Schedule
- Full-Time (40 Hours/ Week)
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with the possibility of Saturday coverage from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
- In Office at Frisco Location
Qualifications
- Active Texas LVN/LPN license required
- Experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology and office procedures
- Comfortable supporting both front desk and provider-support functions
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Valid driver's license required
