Job Title: Adjunct Instructor – Sports Management

Harcum College invites applications for a qualified and engaging Adjunct Instructor in Sports Management to teach in-person daytime courses on our Bryn Mawr campus. The adjunct faculty member will deliver high-quality instruction and support student success in a collaborative learning environment.
Courses may include: Sports and Society, Introduction to Sports Management, Facilities Management, and Introduction to eSports.

Deliver instruction aligned with course learning outcomes

Foster an inclusive, engaging, and student-centered learning environment

Utilize effective teaching strategies to support diverse learners

Assess student performance and provide timely, constructive feedback

Maintain accurate records of attendance and academic progress

Communicate effectively with students and academic leadership

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in Sports Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field

Prior teaching experience in higher education preferred

Experience with Canvas or similar learning management systems

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
