Wage includes $5.00/hour shift differential for NOC shift. Weekends include an additional $1.50/hour shift differential.

- After one year of employment and must meet required criteria prior to be eligible.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide quality nursing care, including assessments, order meds, take vital signs, transcribe physician orders, schedule appointments, etc.
- Charting and providing accurate documentation
- Providing direct care and assigning care based upon the needs of the residents
- Assisting, education and providing follow-up with other care providers
- Answer questions and coordinate with residents, families, visitors and other staff.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing;
- Current Registered Nurse license; in good-standing in the state of Wisconsin (we can help you transfer your license from another state);
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to be flexible and multi-task in an environment of rapid change;
- Ability to participate as a member of the team and lead, educate and provide feedback in a clear and respectful manner.

Pay: $42.92 - $48.56 per hour
