Responsibilities include charge making, pouring metal and operating a tow motor. The position does require attention to detail, adherence to safety and quality standards and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment. Qualifications include:
- Previous manufacturing experience or foundry experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work safely around molten metal and follow all safety rules
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products
- Reliable attendance and the ability to work overtime when required
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
