Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our team for immediate hire. Part-time as needed/on call. Commission based pay + tips.
Must have experience in using window cleaning “stackable ladders” up to 3 stories. Must have experience in both Residential & Commercial Window Cleaning. Must also have experience in condo window cleaning (cleaning exterior windows FROM the interior)
Having your own Reliable transportation is necessary.
The Window Cleaner will work both independently and as part of a team, utilizing various cleaning techniques and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of windows and glass surfaces in residential and commercial buildings.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment during and after cleaning tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to complete jobs efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in residential & commercial window cleaning
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work at heights safely and confidently.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills to interact with team members and clients as needed.
- Must be physically fit, capable of lifting equipment, and standing for extended periods.
- Familiarity with boom lift & scissor lift operation is a plus.
- Experience with pressure cleaning a plus
- Hi-Rise experience a plus
