A day in the life of a Branch Manager:
· Leverage leadership and communication skills to partner with team members to make every entrance into the branch a warm and welcoming tone
· Act as primary lender, originating, processing and closing member loans
· Provide direction, coaching, and training to the team to meet established goals
· Oversee day-to-day operations and security protocols
· Serve members by uncovering needs and offering the best products; resolve concerns
· Ability to travel between branches and work at other branches as needed

This position is an exempt position with branch and team management responsibilities and will work between 45-55 hours / week.
Branch Manager qualifications:
- At least 5 years of related experience in a financial institution with a minimum of 2 years’ supervisory experience.
- Lending experience preferred.
- A college degree is preferred. Equivalent knowledge attained job experience will be considered
