Responsibilities:
- Client Management & Growth: Manage existing client relationships and drive new business development through onsite visits, lead generation, and spotting new opportunities.
- Talent Acquisition & Placement: Source, screen, and interview prospective candidates, seamlessly coordinating submissions and landing them in successful and rewarding job opportunities.
- Own the Process: Drive the talent pipeline from both sides—creatively marketing open jobs to attract top-tier candidates, and strategically marketing top talent to our clients.
- Retain & Engage: Oversee employee relations, boost retention strategies, and manage candidate redeployment.
- Be the Face of Spherion: Network locally to build brand awareness, generate fresh leads, and immerse yourself in the Vermont professional community.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree and at least three years of professional office experience.
- Sales experience? That’s a major plus.
