Sapulpa Nursing Center is seeking a caring, dependable, and team-oriented Dietary Aide to join our Dietary Services team. If you enjoy working with seniors, have a positive attitude, and take pride in providing excellent customer service, we'd love to meet you!
As a Dietary Aide, you'll play an important role in ensuring our residents receive nutritious meals in a clean, welcoming environment.
Schedule
- Part-Time
- 5 days a week
- 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Prepare and portion meals according to resident diets.
- Serve meals and beverages in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist with tray setup and meal delivery.
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen and dining areas.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures.
- Work closely with the Dietary Manager and nursing staff to provide exceptional resident care.
- Assist with stocking food and supplies as needed.
Qualifications
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Friendly, compassionate attitude toward seniors.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Food service, restaurant, cafeteria, healthcare, or long-term care experience is a plus, but not required.
- We are happy to train motivated individuals who have a strong work ethic and a desire to learn.
