We're looking for an energetic, dependable, and compassionate team member who is ready to make a difference in the lives of children ages 4 weeks through 12 years old. Every day is an opportunity to teach, encourage, laugh, and help children grow—and we're looking for someone who loves being part of that journey.
What You'll Do
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where every child feels valued.
- Plan and participate in fun, educational activities that encourage learning through play.
- Work as part of a supportive team that believes we succeed together.
- Safely transport children in company vans for field trips and school transportation (must have a clean driving record and be comfortable driving larger vehicles).
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom.

Qualifications
- Must be able to pass all required background checks.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record (required for transporting children).
- Previous childcare experience is a plus—but a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a genuine love for children are even more important!
