Responsibilities of the Entry Level Team Member
- Support customer acquisition and sales initiatives by introducing Verizon Fios internet solutions that address everyday connectivity needs.
- Participate in customer consultations to understand online habits before presenting personalized internet recommendations.
- Assist customers throughout enrollment, account confirmation, and installation scheduling with professionalism.
- Communicate the advantages of fiber-optic internet, reliable bandwidth, and whole-home Wi-Fi through engaging sales conversations.
- Generate sales opportunities by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable internet packages.
- Work alongside fellow Entry Level Team Members to improve customer satisfaction and strengthen overall sales performance.
Qualifications of the Entry Level Team Member
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong interest in sales or customer experience is a plus.
- Adaptable performer who thrives in dynamic sales environments.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
