We’re looking for a patient-focused Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our specialty practice. In this role, you’ll help create a smooth, positive experience for patients—from check-in to treatment coordination and billing.

Compensation
$30–$36 per hour (DOE)

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator (preferred)

Strong knowledge of insurance, billing, and treatment presentation

Excellent communication and organizational skills
-
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting

Bilingual candidates are a plus
What You’ll Do

Serve as the welcoming face of the practice with a positive, high-energy attitude

Greet and check in patients in a friendly, professional manner

Manage phones, scheduling, and daily workflow

Present treatment plans and explain financial options clearly

Verify insurance, process billing, and handle claims

Coordinate patient care and follow up on pending treatment

Maintain accurate records and ensure clear communication across the team
