Sandi’s Breads is a family-owned artisan bakery dedicated to creating wholesome, great-tasting food that makes people feel good. We mill our own flours and use only the highest-quality, clean ingredients. Position Overview
We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented person who enjoys working with people and takes pride in doing things right. The ideal candidate will have baking experience and can follow recipes exactly, take initiative, and help keep the bakery running smoothly. We work Tuesday through Saturday. This position would be Tuesday through Friday with an occasional Saturday. If this schedule works for you, we can't wait to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Prep and bake various recipes accurately
- Complete some very basic frosting tasks (occasionally, not regularly)
- Prepare and package baked goods according to company standards
- Take initiative to assist with tasks and maintain a smooth workflow
- Follow directions precisely
- Provide friendly, helpful customer service as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace that meets food safety standards
- Be willing to do whatever it takes to keep our environment clean and safe for both customers and employees
- Be a team player who will work with others to complete the daily list of tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Math skills for scaling recipes and handling sales transactions
- Baking experience required
- Ability to follow written and verbal directions accurately
- Dependable with reliable transportation
- Team player who can also work independently
- Flexibility with scheduling (Tuesday–Friday, occasional Saturdays, and seasonal Mondays)
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Customer service experience required
- Professional references required

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $11.75 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18.0 – 35.0 per week
