Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Quality Manager to lead our quality assurance and control initiatives across manufacturing operations. Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality management systems aligned with IATF standards , FMVSS regulations, and appearance standards.
- Lead quality audits internally and externally with suppliers to ensure compliance with our standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee quality control processes including inspection, testing, and validation of in-process components, and finished products to guarantee adherence to quality specifications.
- Manage non-conformance investigations, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive measures to resolve quality issues effectively.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to establish quality objectives, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement process improvements that enhance product consistency and efficiency.
- Conduct risk assessments related to product safety and quality; ensure documentation is accurate and audit-ready at all times.
- Provide training on quality standards, procedures, and regulatory updates to staff at all levels to foster a culture of quality awareness.
Skills
- Extensive knowledge of quality systems and standards
- Proven experience conducting quality audits and implementing corrective actions within manufacturing environments.
- Strong understanding of quality inspection techniques, quality assurance protocols, and quality systems management.
- Excellent analysis skills for troubleshooting issues, performing root cause analysis, and developing effective solutions.
- Project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from conception through execution.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
