We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Heavy Tow Operator to join our team. Duties
- Operate and maintain equipment such as tow trucks, forklifts, and flatbed trucks safely and efficiently.
- Perform automotive diagnostics and repairs, ensuring all vehicles are in optimal working condition.
- Load and unload materials or vehicles as needed, adhering to safety protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving conflicts effectively.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment to identify any mechanical issues or maintenance needs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, repairs, and maintenance activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive repair and mechanics is essential.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose issues accurately.
- Experience with manual transmission vehicles is preferred.
- Valid commercial driving license (CDL) is a must, with manual Endorsement.
- Familiarity with operating tow trucks and flatbed vehicles is advantageous.
- Excellent conflict management skills to handle customer interactions professionally.
- Ability to lift heavy loads and perform physical tasks associated with equipment operation.
