Job Summary
Seeking a reliable handyman/property maintenance worker with their own tools. Duties include yard maintenance, trimming, raking, shrub care, sprinkler repair, and general property repairs as needed to assit Maintenance Manager.
Responsibilities
- Execute general maintenance and repair tasks as directed
- Yard work as directed
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively
- Set up and tear down Venue
- Trash Duty
- Assist with Sign
Skills
General laborer (handyman a plus) repairs, yard maintenance, shrub and tree trimming, raking, sprinkler and irrigation repair, safe use of hand and power tools, and the ability to work independently with personal tools and equipment. Position also includes venue setup and teardown, including moving tables, chairs, decorations, equipment, and maintaining cleanliness before and after events (some climbing and lifting). Additional tasks may be assigned as needed.
Must be able to follow instructions, be dependable, organized, and able to perform physical labor. Must be able to take constructive criticism. No need to apply if you have had MULTIPLE JOBS!
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
