We currently have an opening for an Administrative Assistant/Marketing Specialist for a busy Speech & Language and Occupational Therapy Clinic.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Executive assistant to owner. Serves as admin "go-to" person, ensuring office processes are carried out consistently and seamlessly
- Scheduling and patient care coordination
- Expand marketing efforts to include calls on newly and or regular contacts and associations/groups
- Continue to support marketing efforts and contacts with professionals we are currently working with.
- Familiarity with social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Linked In.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma with one or more years of experience
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong communication skills
Experience:
- Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
- Administrative Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
- Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing
