Assistant Store Manager
This floral position will be assisting to manage our Detroit flower shop. Manager trainee will train in the city of Warren a few days each week for a short time to train for the position.
Qualifications
Previous leadership role or retail shift lead or assistant manager experience is needed
Previous flower experience is a plus but not necessary
Assistant Store Manager Responsibilities
Superb customer service skills
Assisting the manager of the store to complete daily tasks
Inventory control
Will learn to make flower arrangements
Work involves moderate to heavy lifting at times
Must be able to climb a ladder
Frequent need to stand, stoop, walk, lift, and climb during the course of the workday
Full time hours
Major holidays require additional hours
