Job Overview
Applicant will go on site to perform auto glass repair and replacements. Applicant must have a good mechanical aptitude and excellent customer service skills. Be able to pass a drug, DMV and background check. They should be in good physical condition (able to lift at least 30 lbs.), and be able to work in all weather conditions. Must be able to work independently.
Experience is a plus, but not required. We provide paid, hands on training, a work truck and all the tools necessary to be successful.
Responsibilities
- Remove and replace auto glass components including windshields, side windows, and rear windows with precision and care.
- Perform recalibrations on required vehicles to maintain safety features.
- Perform automotive glass repairs using specialized techniques to restore structural integrity and clarity.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely during installation, removal, and repair processes.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining procedures clearly, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
Requirements
- Proven experience in auto glass replacement or automotive repair is a plus.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools.
- Familiarity with ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) calibration procedures is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail combined with a commitment to safety protocols such as power tool safety and proper use of personal protective equipment.
Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
