We're looking for energetic, reliable, and team-oriented Server Assistants who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about creating memorable guest experiences.
Job Summary
As a Server Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our servers and ensuring smooth restaurant operations. You'll help maintain clean dining areas, deliver food, reset tables quickly, and provide excellent service that keeps guests coming back.
Responsibilities
- Support servers throughout service by assisting with guest needs.
- Deliver food and beverages accurately and promptly.
- Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently.
- Refill water, sauces, utensils, napkins, and other table necessities.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, service stations, restrooms, and beverage areas.
- Stock plates, silverware, glassware, and restaurant supplies.
- Assist with opening, closing, side work, and daily cleaning tasks.
- Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure efficient service.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Provide friendly, professional hospitality to every guest.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but not required.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to multitask in a high-volume restaurant.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
