Job Overview
We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Receptionist/Spa Attendant to join our team. This is a hands-on position that combines front desk responsibilities, guest service, and maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the spa.
This is a part-time position specifically for Tuesdays and Thursdays, with occasional Saturdays as needed.
The ideal candidate is personable, organized, reliable, and comfortable staying productive throughout their shift.
* Applicants MUST have consistent availability on both Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and check them in for appointments
- Answer phone calls, respond to guest questions, and assist with booking appointments
- Help guests select services and provide basic information about spa offerings
- Process cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Maintain an organized and professional front desk
- Assist with preparing and resetting treatment rooms between guests
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the spa, including treatment rooms, reception, and common areas
- Wash, fold, organize, and restock towels and linens
- Restock supplies and guest amenities as needed
- Help maintain the relaxing, polished atmosphere of the spa
- Address guest questions or concerns professionally
- Assist the team wherever needed during busy periods
Skills and Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience required
- Reception, salon, spa, hospitality, or similar experience preferred
- Friendly and professional communication skills
- Dependable and punctual
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently and recognize what needs to be done without constant direction
- Comfortable with basic computer, scheduling, and POS systems
- Able to perform light cleaning and laundry duties throughout the shift
- Physically able to lift and carry supplies, towels, and linens as needed
Pay: $14.50 - $15.00 per hour
