Duties
- Conduct thorough medical assessments, including physical examinations and patient history reviews, to accurately diagnose health issues.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that encompass preventive measures, chronic disease management, and acute care interventions.
- Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient encounters meticulously and ensure seamless information flow.
- Coordinate with specialists across disciplines like cardiology, endocrinology, psychiatry, and radiology for comprehensive patient management.
- Perform procedures including suturing, basic life support (BLS), and wound care when necessary to stabilize patients.
- Educate patients on health promotion strategies, medication adherence, lifestyle modifications, and preventive screenings like mammography or immunizations.
- Manage inpatient and outpatient caseloads efficiently while adhering to HIPAA regulations and clinical research protocols when applicable.
Skills
- Extensive knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, and diagnostic evaluation techniques.
- Proficiency with EMR systems for accurate documentation.
- Strong clinical skills in areas including family medicine, pediatrics, geriatrics, and urgent care settings.
- Excellent patient service skills with a compassionate approach to diverse populations across inpatient and outpatient environments.

Pay: $275,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
