Fast paced Luxury Developer/Builder with an impeccable track record in the Hamptons and Palm Beach is seeking an individual who has 10 years + experience in managing high end and ultra high end single family properties on Palm Beach Island. The successful candidate will be highly skilled in construction management, site organization be a motivated self starter with foresight and perseverance. Possess strong leadership skills with a positive attitude. Be organized, dedicated to your work and your project. - Be familiar with the Town of Palm Beach rules and construction regulations
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the lead PM roll running high end single family residences from the ground .
- Must have a minimum of 10 years experience managing complicated shell construction including piles and grade beams
- Experienced from excavation to C of O
- Strong sitework skills a plus
- Coordinate and schedule all trades
- Procure materials and project specialty items when needed
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Proficiently communicate with architects and engineers
- Process all submittals and RFI's
- Schedule inspections with building department and private testing company
- OSHA certification preferred but not required
- Keep and maintain daily logs & process weekly reports
- Strong communication skills. Bilingual a plus but not required
- Dedicated self-starter
- Strong computer skill a plus
- Salary commensurate with experience
