Key Responsibilities
Magazine Distribution & Circulation
- Maintain magazine distribution databases, mailing lists, and shipment records for each issue.
- Coordinate issue order commitments, quantity confirmations, shipment planning, and distributor follow-up.
- Work directly with distributors, showrooms, sales teams, and trade representatives to manage magazine requests and updates.
- Track inventory needs, reorder requests, and replenishment questions across showrooms and internal locations.
- Maintain clear records of quantities, deadlines, contacts, and distribution status to support accurate issue planning.
Distributor & Customer Communications
- Serve as a day-to-day contact for distributor magazine orders, confirmations, questions, and follow-ups.
- Communicate publication schedules, commitment deadlines, submission links, media kit updates, and promotional opportunities.
- Support distributor recommendation programs and help route editorial submissions to the appropriate internal team members.
- Draft professional outreach to distributors, contributors, and external partners that reflects the TLK brand voice.
Editorial Coordination
- Track editorial recommendations, project submissions, and potential story leads from distributors and trade partners.
- Maintain content tracking documents, project databases, and editorial planning support materials.
- Assist with requests for photography, product information, PDFs, media kit assets, and supporting materials during production cycles.
- Coordinate follow-up with internal stakeholders to keep issue-related tasks moving forward.
Administrative & Production Support
- Submit and track magazine-related invoices, line items, and supporting documentation as needed.
- Manage recurring forms, task reminders, file organization, and schedule support for the TLK team.
- Assist with contributor gifts, showroom materials, custom magazine holders, and promotional item coordination.
- Support production timelines, vendor communication, and process documentation for repeatable workflows.
Required

Comfort working with cross-functional teams, vendors, distributors, and external partners.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and shared tracking tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a polished, service-oriented style.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines at once.
- 2-5 years of marketing, publishing, administrative, project coordination, or customer communication experience.
Required

Bachelors or better in Marketing or related field
