We are looking for skilled bartenders and servers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for providing excellent customer service, a positive attitude, and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and make them feel welcome
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Mix and serve drinks to customers in a timely and professional manner
- Deliver food and drinks to tables promptly and with attention to detail
- Ensure that customers' needs are met throughout their dining experience
- Handle any customer complaints or issues with professionalism and grace
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- Work as a team with other servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as a bartender or server in a high-volume restaurant or bar
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Must be at least 21 years of age if applying for a bartender position
