What You'll Do
- Prepare sandwiches, soups, salads, and other café items accurately and efficiently according to company recipes and guest specifications.
- Receive and prioritize food orders from the Front of House team while maintaining timely service.
- Learn and consistently follow all sandwich and salad recipes and preparation standards.
- Keep the sandwich station fully stocked with fresh ingredients and pre-sliced breads throughout the day.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area, including counters, refrigerators, and food preparation equipment.
- Ensure garnishes, condiments, and side items are stocked and ready for service.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
- Work collaboratively with bakery and café team members to provide an exceptional guest experience.
- Support other café and bakery operations as needed.
What We're Looking For

- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
- Previous food service or café experience is preferred but not required—we're happy to train the right candidate.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, is preferred.
