What You'll Do as a Verizon Customer Associate
- Meet with residential customers to discuss their home internet, TV, and connectivity needs.
- Educate customers on Verizon Fios Internet, home Wi-Fi, TV, phone services, and current promotions.
- Recommend personalized Verizon solutions based on each customer's lifestyle and household needs.
- Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service and product knowledge.
- Manage the customer experience from the initial conversation through account enrollment.
- Stay up to date on Verizon products, technology, and promotional offers.
- Collaborate with your team to achieve individual and team performance goals.
- Participate in ongoing coaching and professional development.
What We're Looking For in a Verizon Customer Associate
