As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Installation Manager to oversee our installation operations and ensure every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Position Summary
The Installation Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our installation department. This includes scheduling projects, coordinating installation crews, purchasing materials, managing subcontractors, conducting quality control inspections, and ensuring every project is completed on time and within budget.
This role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to solve problems quickly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily installation schedules for roofing, window, and siding projects.
- Coordinate and communicate with installation crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and homeowners.
- Order and purchase all necessary materials while maintaining proper inventory levels.
- Ensure materials are delivered accurately and on schedule.
- Perform job site inspections before, during, and after installations to ensure quality workmanship.
- Monitor project timelines and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Ensure all installations comply with manufacturer specifications, company standards, and local building codes.
- Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors.
- Address installation issues, customer concerns, and warranty items promptly.
- Track production, labor costs, and project profitability.
- Review contracts and verify work scopes before installation begins.
- Maintain a safe work environment and enforce all company safety policies.
- Work closely with the sales and office teams to ensure a smooth customer experience from contract through project completion.
Qualifications
- Previous experience managing residential roofing, siding, or window installations.
- Strong knowledge of exterior remodeling products and installation methods.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience purchasing construction materials and coordinating deliveries.
- Comfortable reading contracts, measurements, and scopes of work.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient with computers and common business software.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with roofing, siding, and window subcontractors.
- Knowledge of local building codes and permitting requirements.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
