Job Summary
We are seeking a Physician Liaison/Referral Specialist to successfully generate demand from community physicians and referral sources to Allure for Vein and Regenerative Health services. This role serves as the primary relationship-builder between Allure and the local medical community, athletes and gym using a consultative sales approach to educate providers, promote service lines, identify referral opportunities, and remove barriers to referral growth. The Physician Liaison/Referral Specialist coordinates the referral process from outreach through patient scheduling and follow-up, ensuring a seamless provider and patient experience while meeting established referral, visit-generation, and growth goals.

Responsibilities
· Develop, maintain, and grow referral relationships with community physicians, advanced practice providers, practice managers, and other referral sources.
· Generate referrals and new patient demand for Allure’s Vein, Regenerative Health, and stem cell therapy services through consistent field outreach, provider education, and relationship-based sales activity.
· Conduct regular in-person and phone outreach to targeted physician offices to promote Allure services, communicate differentiators, and identify opportunities for referral growth.
· Coordinate the referral process by ensuring referral information is complete, communicating next steps, supporting scheduling, and following up with referring offices as needed.
· Educate referral sources on appropriate patient types, symptoms, treatment pathways, service availability, and the value of Allure’s Vein, Regenerative Health, and stem cell therapy offerings.
· Track referral activity, outreach touches, provider feedback, referral volume, conversion trends, and barriers to growth using established systems and reporting tools.
· Identify underperforming or high-potential referral sources and develop targeted action plans to increase awareness, confidence, and referral volume.
· Partner with clinical, scheduling, front office, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure referred patients and referring providers receive timely, professional communication.
· Address provider concerns, referral process issues, and service barriers with urgency and ownership, escalating when appropriate to support provider satisfaction and retention.
· Represent Allure professionally at community outreach events, provider meetings, educational activities, and other business development opportunities as assigned.
· Perform other duties as assigned to support referral growth, provider relationships, patient access, and operational excellence.
Performance Expectations
· Meet or exceed established goals for provider outreach, referral generation, new patient demand, and referral source growth.
· Consistently build and maintain strong relationships with multiple community physician offices and referral sources.
· Demonstrate measurable sales accomplishments through increased referrals, improved provider engagement, and successful demand-generation activity.
· Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding vein disease, appropriate referral indicators, Allure’s service lines, Regenerative Health offerings, and stem cell therapy services.
· Resolve referral process issues promptly and professionally to support a seamless experience for referring offices and referred patients.
· Maintain accurate, timely documentation of outreach, referral source activity, sales pipeline status, referral trends, and follow-up commitments.
· Collaborate effectively with internal teams to support patient access, provider satisfaction, and Allure growth objectives.
Pay: $31.85 - $35.53 per hour
