We’re seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our back-of-house operations, ensure consistent food quality, and maintain a safe, efficient, and positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and staff scheduling
- Maintain inventory, order supplies, and control food costs
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff
- Collaborate with management on menu planning and specials
Requirements:
- Proven kitchen management experience
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Schedule: Full-time, including evenings/weekends as needed.
