We are looking for a full-time compassionate and dependable LPN to care for our residents in a professional and considerate manner. We are an assisted living community in East Orlando. Experience working with memory care is a plus. 12 hour shifts and every other weekend.

Responsibilities
- Administers prescribed medications
- Orders medications, reviews filled prescriptions for accuracy
- Maintains accurate medical records
- Works closely with CNAs and caregivers to oversee the residents’ care
- Provides emotional and psychological support when needed
- Communicates with residents’ families to provide updated information
Skills
- Proven experience as LPN or similar role
- Ability to carry out a variety of diverse tasks and work in a multidisciplinary team
- Understanding of confidentiality obligations and nursing best practices
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and data entry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and able to handle stress
- Successful completion of LPN license program is a must
