Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, provide menu recommendations, and take accurate orders using our POS system.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately with cash handling expertise and basic math skills.
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations by bussing and sanitation practices.
- Assist with food preparation or food handling when needed, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
- Support guest relations by addressing inquiries promptly and ensuring a memorable dining experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely service during busy hours or nightclub events.
- Follow all sanitation, safety, and food industry regulations diligently to promote a safe environment for guests and staff.
Experience
- Must be 18+ years old, 21 preferred.
- Hourly wage also includes any tips you get. We will have 8 tables to be able to work.
- Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings.
- ABC card needed, either valid or take the online course within 2 weeks of hiring. We will cover the cost of the class. Serving beer/wine will be needed.
- Experience in serving, bussing, or host/hostess roles demonstrates strong guest service skills.
- Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and basic math for cashiering tasks is essential.
- Culinary or kitchen experience is a plus for supporting food preparation activities.
- Excellent time management skills to handle fast-paced environments efficiently.

Pay: $5.00 - $7.00 per hour
