Duties
- Serve a wide range of alcoholic beverages, including seltzeer, beer, and cider
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and encourage repeat visits.
- Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and maintain cleanliness according to food safety standards.
- Use POS systems such as Square to process orders accurately and efficiently while handling cash and card transactions with precision.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies.
- Collaborate with the bar management team to oversee daily operations, including events or party service when needed.
Qualifications
- Must be able to control your environment, arcades can get a little hectic but you’ll need to know how to control the chaos. We want people to have fun but we want safety and our games to last.
- Strong knowledge of beer, ciders and seltzers
- Skilled in POS systems such as Square; basic math skills for cash handling and retail math are essential.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple orders efficiently.
- Experience in food handling, food safety practices, and serving alcohol responsibly.
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts using strong time management skills.
- Previous experience in bar or serving is a plus; party experience is also valued.
