Position Overview
South Central Behavioral Services (SCBS) is seeking a full-time Mental Health Worker for the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team with office location in Hastings, NE. Our ACT program provides holistic care to adults managing mental health or co-occurring disorders as part of a mobile, interdisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. The team provides services in the communities of Hastings, Grand Island, Kearney and surrounding areas with travel provided in a company vehicle. Staff work as part of a multidisciplinary, self-direct work team. Most work is done during regular office hours, with occasional on-call coverage and a flexible schedule shared among a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals.
The starting annual salary for this position ranges from $38,000-$45,000 based on experience, and includes bonuses based on productivity and performance.
