Loma Linda Aesthetics Med Spa is a growing, patient-focused medical spa dedicated to helping clients look and feel their best through safe, evidence-based aesthetic treatments. This position is intended for a provider looking to establish a long-term home with our practice. We are seeking a dedicated RN/Nurse Practitioner who is excited to grow alongside our team, develop their skills in aesthetic medicine, and build long-lasting relationships with our patients. Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive aesthetic consultations and medical assessments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's goals.
- Administer cosmetic injectables, including but not limited to: botox and dermal fillers.
- Perform or assist with aesthetic procedures such as microneedling, skin rejuvenation treatments, chemical peels, weight loss injections, and other medical spa services (training provided if needed).
- Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, risks, and post-care instructions.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
- Follow all California medical regulations, protocols, and infection control standards.
- Participate in ongoing training and continuing education.
- Assist in creating educational and promotional content for social media when appropriate.
- Build long-term patient relationships through excellent communication and follow-up care.
Requirements
- Current California Nurse Practitioner or RN license in good standing.
- Current DEA registration (if applicable).
- BLS certification required.
- Previous experience in aesthetic medicine is preferred.
- Experience with Botox®, dermal fillers, and other cosmetic procedures is a plus.
- Strong consultation and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with the team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
- Bilingual is preferred
Pay: From $35.00 per hour
