POSITION SUMMARY:
In this role, you will ensure our products meet or exceed industry and regulatory standards while upholding our commitment to sustainability and social responsibility. You will inspect, test, and sort samples of finished and unfinished tile for quality.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

- Perform inspection of boxed tile in the Quality hold area in Selection.
- Inspect sampled tiles on Kiln platforms prior to Selection.
- Inspect unfinished tile throughout the manufacturing process for conformance to pressing, glazing, shading, packaging, and physical fired tile standards.
- Complete quality inspection reports as required each day.
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, attends all safety training and wears required safety equipment per related safety SOP’s.
- Additional duties may be assigned by the supervisor or to support the overall objectives of the department and company.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or GED and three years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in identifying tile defects.
- Forklift certification required.
