Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Roberts, WI. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued customers, addressing their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions

Process customer orders efficiently and accurately

Assist in all areas of the operations including prepping, preparing, and packing products

Respond to customer questions about products, services, and company policies

Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary

Identify and communicate common customer concerns to management

Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on company products, services, and policies

Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by supporting colleagues and sharing best practices
Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong active listening abilities and empathy towards customers

Proficiency in using computer systems, including order processing software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools

Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling refunds
