We are seeking a motivated and versatile Maintenance Worker to join our dynamic team! Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance tasks to properties
- Coordinate landscape maintenance
- Maintain lawn care routines including watering, fertilizing, aerating, and weed control to promote healthy growth.
- Perform routine inspections of facilities and outdoor spaces to identify maintenance needs or hazards proactively.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various equipment and systems. (Lights, plumbing systems, HVAC is a plus.)
- Experience with lawn care, landscape maintenance, is helpful
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, - must have own tools
- Knowledge of irrigation systems management and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with construction practices and basic carpentry skills.
- Excellent physical stamina for tasks that require lifting, bending, climbing or prolonged standing.
- Strong attention to detail combined with proactive problem-solving skills to maintain high standards of safety and appearance.
