The Sentinel of Rockland, an assisted living community, is looking for an experienced, compassionate, and dependable LPN to join our team as a Medication Room Supervisor.
This position is responsible for overseeing the medication room, ensuring safe medication management, maintaining compliance, and supporting our caregiving team. This is a supervisory role with no hands-on resident care required.

Oversee daily operations of the medication room
Ensure proper medication administration procedures are followed
Maintain accurate medication records and documentation
Monitor medication inventory and ordering
Ensure compliance with state regulations and facility policies
Support and guide medication technicians and caregiving staff
Communicate with physicians, pharmacies, and families as needed
Assist with audits, inspections, and medication reviews
Active LPN license in New York State
Previous experience in assisted living, senior care, or long-term care preferred
Strong knowledge of medication management and compliance standards
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
