Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fine dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality skills and have a passion for delivering outstanding guest relations. must fluent in English & Spanish
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using OpenTable or Aloha POS systems.
- Provide detailed menu information and assist guests with selections, including upselling specials and promotions.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets fine dining standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests.
- Process cash register transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food.
- Uphold health and safety regulations within the restaurant environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in a server role within a fine dining establishment is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on hospitality and guest relations.
- Familiarity with OpenTable or Aloha POS systems is advantageous but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help others are essential qualities for success in this role.
