What You’ll Do:
Stock, portion, and plate menu items during dinner service
Maintain a clean organized kitchen, including washing dishes when needed
May prep fruits, vegetables, proteins, soups, and sauces to spec once trained
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years professional kitchen prep preferred (will consider less with proven skills)
Reliable, drama-free, quality-driven mindset
Available to work most evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preference given to prior fine dining experience and taking on increased responsibility (trainer, lead role, etc.)
