Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant/Bookkeeper. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Construction Accounting and Bookkeeping. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of recent experience in a small or medium size Company with direct access to QuickBooks.
Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable and Bill Payments.
- Accounts Receivable and Billing.
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks is a must for this position.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 recent years of experience as a Bookkeeper in a fast paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks software.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Ability to communicate clearly.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
