Duties
- Initiate outbound calls and emails to prospective clients using CRM software to generate new business opportunities
- Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase solutions tailored to client needs
- Identify and qualify leads through effective cold calling, networking, and research efforts
- Manage territory accounts by developing strategies for account growth and retention
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute targeted campaigns that support lead generation initiatives
- Assist in managing sales pipelines, tracking interactions, and updating CRM records accurately
- Support account management efforts by upselling products/services and fostering long-term client relationships
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or inside sales environments with a focus on lead generation and customer engagement
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing contacts and sales activities
- Demonstrated success in territory management, account development, and direct sales strategies
- Knowledge of technology or product demos is a plus; ability to quickly learn technical details is essential
- Exceptional analysis skills to evaluate market trends and identify new opportunities
