Experienced line cook, capable of quickly adapting to a high performance, creative, fine dining cafe. This cafe has its own farm, and specializes in farm-to-table offerings. This cafe also has its own wine cellar and shop. This candidate should be able to work the cooking line as well as special wine dinners and catering events, and adapt to the ongoing, evolving menu. Scratch kitchen experience preferred. Top pay for experience level.
