At TITAN Containers, the Regional Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market presence across the West Coast region of the United States.
This position focuses on developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and delivering tailored container solutions including standard storage and ArcticStore refrigerated containers, to a diverse customer base across a wide range of industry sectors.
The position requires a proactive, results-driven individual with strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the West Coast
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach and networking
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
Account Management
- Manage and grow existing accounts to maximise revenue and retention
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key clients
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Sales Execution
- Develop and present tailored container solutions, including ArcticStore refrigerated units
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Negotiate terms and close sales in line with company targets
Territory & Pipeline Management
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and sales forecasts using CRM systems
- Prioritise opportunities and manage time effectively across the region
Administration & Reporting
- Keep CRM records and customer documentation up to date
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts
- Support credit control and ensure compliance with internal processes
Collaboration & Delivery
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction
- Address customer issues and provide feedback to the business
Representation & Compliance
- Represent the company at events and maintain a professional presence
- Ensure all activities comply with company policies and regulations
Who We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development within a target-driven environment
- Knowledge of containers, logistics, construction, or similar sectors, with the ability to identify growth opportunities
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive revenue and retention
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently across a large geographic area
- Commercially focused and results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Full driving licence with flexibility to travel regularly across the West Coast region
This role is office based, five days per week from our Beaverton premises.
